losing accessories for no reason ( 3 time )

hi i from vietnamese so i don't understand your language very much and i'm sorry for that , i have been playing getamped 1 for 7 or 8 moths and i have been losing accessories for no reasons ( 3 time )

the first one it just one accessories that i win in oracle and i don't do anything about it because i don't understand your language and i don't good at english very mush so it too hard for me to send help , but when i lose accessories the second time and the third time i realize that i have to do something before is start to lose more
